What began as a thriving heirloom mint patch at Beck's Creek Ranch has become our first small-batch herb collection. We harvest carefully, dry naturally with airflow, and package each variety for freshness, flavor, and ranch-grown character.

Our Drying & Packing Process

1. Harvest: Stems are cut by hand and sorted by variety.
2. Air-Dry: Bundles are dried under cover with steady airflow.
3. Finish-Dry: Leaves are spread on clean tables until crisp.
4. Store: Dried herbs are held in sealed glass jars or food-safe containers.
5. Pack: Orders will be filled in resealable kraft pouches with food-grade desiccant packets.
